The short class takes place in a lesson lasting about 2 hours. It is a course of introduction to Nordic Walking, to conscerne the technique, the benefits and to try.

During the short lass will be made available to participants in the Nordic Walking sticks.

Comfortable clothing to "onion", running shoes that allow the foot and ankle to move freely, a small backpack or fanny pack for personal belongings to leave the hands free to grip the sticks.

Cost: € 10,00 per person.


Nordic Walking is a sport activity that combines natural walking with the use of two sticks specific.

And' suitable for everyone, from the young to the elderly because the activity is proportional to the capacity of the staff.
